These Rules outline the Duuo Amazon Gift Card Draw offered by Co-operators General Insurance Company (‘Duuo by Co-operators’, or ‘Duuo’).  

THERE IS NO OBLIGATION TO PURCHASE INSURANCE BY PARTICIPATING IN THE DRAW OR RECEIVING THE DRAW PRIZE. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE THE CHANCES OF WINNING. 

Eligibility Conditions: 

Participants in the Draw are strictly prohibited from engaging in fraud, misrepresentation, and/or illegal acts. In order to be eligible to participate in the Draw, participants must be the age of majority in their province or territory of residence, provide a valid email address and may be subject to additional identity verification and fraud mitigation procedures. Duuo may at any time and in its sole discretion determine that a participant is not eligible to participate in the Draw if Duuo suspects fraudulent behavior or is unable to verify a participant’s identity or are unable to communicate with a participant through the email address provided. Void where prohibited by law.

How to Enter: 

The Draw begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EST on the date shown on your promotional materials and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. EST on the date shown on your promotional materials (“Draw Period”). Two (2) methods of entry are as follows: 

1. Complete a no-obligation quote for Tenant Insurance at duuo.ca/tenant-insurance. The quote must include building specific Duuo Partner tag to qualify. There is no obligation to purchase insurance by participating in the draw or receiving the draw prize.  

1. Via Mail – During the Sweepstakes Period, Entrants can obtain Sweepstakes entries by legible hand-printing, on a 3”x 5” card or paper, their full name, complete mailing address, phone number, date of birth, and email address, mailing the card in a #10 business-sized envelope, with proper postage affixed, to: Duuo by Co-operators, 1 York St, Suite 1400, Toronto, ON M5J 0B6 (the “Mail-In Entry”). Only one Mail-in Entry per Participant accepted. 

Prize: 

The prize available is one (1) $100 Amazon eGift Card. The odds of winning will vary depending on the number of Participants who enter the Draw. The potential Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Duuo, and who must correctly answer without assistance of any kind, a skill-testing question via email, using the same email addresses provided on the quote or mail in entry. Once the skill-testing question is correctly answered, the reward will be emailed to the Participant. You are responsible for any and all tax liability resulting from the prize. 

No cash or other substitution permitted. The prize is nontransferable. 

Electronic Communication:  

By using your email address, you agree that Duuo by Co-operators may contact you via email or other communication related to the Draw. You may opt-out of electronic communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link included in the electronic communication.  

Protection of Personal Information: 

By participating in the Draw, each participant consents to the collection, use, disclosure, and retention of their personal information for the purposes of administering the Draw and Prize fulfillment.

Governing Law:  

These Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and country of Canada. 

Right to cancel program or change terms: 

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to cancel this Draw at any time, by posting updated terms here.
